Hot Springs National Park, often called "America's First Resort," offers a unique blend of natural thermal springs and historic architecture nestled in the Ouachita Mountains of central Arkansas. At its heart is historic Bathhouse Row, a magnificent collection of Gilded Age buildings where visitors can still soak in the therapeutic, naturally heated spring water, experiencing centuries-old traditions of relaxation and healing. Beyond the iconic bathhouses, the park provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities and scenic enjoyment; numerous hiking trails ascend Hot Springs Mountain and North Mountain, offering breathtaking panoramic vistas of the surrounding city, the valley, and distant forested peaks, while scenic drives wind through the lush, verdant landscape, inviting exploration and appreciation of its unique natural beauty.
